The Fabrik apartment is newly built and located in the lake area of Livigno; offers guests a peaceful and relaxing holiday but at the same time allows you to reach the restricted traffic area in just 10 minutes on foot. In winter, the cross-country ski track can be found nearby, while the ski lifts are about 500m away. and are easily reachable thanks to the free shuttle which stops just 20m away; just 100mt. you can instead experience the thrill of driving snowmobiles, quads or GoKart on ice. In summer you can relax in the garden and your children can play in peace, or in a few minutes you can reach the lake of Livigno which offers a magnificent landscape and from there, with the cycle-pedestrian path, you can stroll along the Spöl river throughout the valley. A few steps away you will also find a playground for younger guests with a picnic area and our Aquagranda center with slide & fun pool, wellness and relaxation area and sports area with semi-Olympic pool.
