The apartment

The Fabrik apartment is newly built and located in the lake area of Livigno; offers guests a peaceful and relaxing holiday but at the same time allows you to reach the restricted traffic area in just 10 minutes on foot.

In winter, the cross-country ski track can be found nearby, while the ski lifts are about 500m away. and are easily reachable thanks to the free shuttle which stops just 20m away; just 100mt. you can instead experience the thrill of driving snowmobiles, quads or GoKart on ice.
